Try to open it when you don't have anything else open, You can hit Ctrl shit esc to open your task manager, go to the processes tab, and see how many programs are running. If that still does not work, what OS are you running, and how much RAM do you have installed?

Yea there are some VN's that use Daemon tools to work would suggest to find another site that has a no CD crack or just use daemon tools (plus it's free !!)
