I´ll keep it short and simple these are a few of the most frequently occuring ones in my opinion: a - e - s - d - w

So weekly challenges it is now, eh? Well this question truly is hard to answer, 'cause everyone probably is heavily influenced by the first visual novel they have played. Nevertheless I would also say that Saber from Fate/Stay Night is one of the most known and definitely pops up when one is confronted with this genre - and like already mentioned that is because the franchise of the FATE series goes beyond just the visual novel and gained popularity as novels, games and TV series. However the beginning will always remain the visual novel.

@segai: can I ask which program you used for the recognition?

Yep, several times actually I did manage to add the .exe file to the Game Board and also tried launching it from there unfotunately with the same result

Edit: SOLVED Hi there, since there are a few interesting VN´s coming up I wanted to take a look into Purple Software´s upcoming Chrono Clock (https://vndb.org/v16208). So I went ahead and got myself the demo from their website - unfortunately after launching the demo I began encountering a problem with VNR. (I do know that the game system is relatively new, so it might be possible to not work at all) The problem I encountered was, that VNR didn´t want to synch up with the game - and now I´m clueless about what to do. On a side note: -system language was Japanese -language for non-unicode programs was set to Japanese -lastly my position was set to Japanese as well So lastly I have a few screenshots of the VNR protocol and the system files uploaded to dropbox (pls tell me if the link doesn´t work) Thanks for the help in advance^^
