Bandwidth shouldn't be much of a problem, I think. I will be sharing my screen, but it's probably more convenient to play it yourself because screen sharing undoubtedly lags a little.

Over the past couple of months, me and a few others have been playing Phoenix Wright whilst doing a voice over of it through Skype. Considering we've just finished the first game, we'll be starting on the second game (Phoenix Wright: Justice for All) next week. As such, the point of this little thread is to recruit a few people. It's probably more fun if you haven't played the game yet, but anyone can join. In all likelihood, it'll probably take a couple of months to finish the second game, as reading the game out loud takes a rather long time not to mention everyone's stupid and can't figure anything out. We currently have 4-5 people, and something like 7 would be optimal, as with too many people you'd only be able to listen in but then not everyone would be able to voice a character (though if you prefer just listening in, that's of course fine as well). We've been doing it on Sundays, starting around 11-12 a.m. GMT, though if that time is inconvenient for someone, the time can be changed. If there are no further objections, I hope I'll be seeing some of you in The Courtroom next Sunday!

I found out about a certain game called Phoenix Wright through osu!. After playing it (and absolutely loving it), I randomly looked up some info on it, and it was sometimes called a 'visual novel'. One quick google search later, I found vndb and fuwanovel, and started playing more VNs.

I finally started reading G-Senjou no Maou, after over a year's delay, and I'm absolutely loving it so far. I think I like AS2's (or should I say Akabe sofuto TSUU) settings in general, as I felt the same way when I started Sharin no Kuni.

The mere thought of being as high on such a list as someone like hsm or ohio is simply disturbing... I was not aware more than, say, five people even are aware I actually have a forum account...

This is one of the hardest parts of translation in my opinion. Sometimes a literal translation just doesn't work, and you have to adapt it a little to sound better in English (or whatever language you're translating to, really). For example, translating 'hai' as 'yes' all the time would often not work, as in English you wouldn't say 'yes' when you reply to an order. It can also even mean 'no' when replying to a negative question... and that's just for one measy word. This also goes for lots of Japanese phrases that have no direct English counterpart. So no, it doesn't bother me when it's well done, because it's often needed - I do agree that sometimes they do a bad job (nekopara, I'm looking at you).

The necro...! To be frank, I don't know who made it, nor do I think that's the original. All I know is that a few of those were made, and I happened to find them back then. Because of that, I don't think there's any hope of more Sachi ones ^^ And, well, as for this thread... let's just say some people (I shan't give any names) like to purposefully ruin certain people's reputations...
