My view on the avatar: I certainly have no issue with gifs, and I don't see how they could possibly annoy a person, but that's just me. My view on the whole banning act:

I have now (or about 10 hours ago) finished S3. It's as good as I remember the other two seasons being. There's really no other way, if they wanted to make a coherent story they either couldn't have adapted this particular arc, or they would've included more of his past conquests. They didn't do either, so it's clear they were just trying to animate a big arc from the manga. And we should simply read the manga beforehand if we ant to get into the story.

Then here's some help for your simple mind. Your 1st playthrough will lead you to heroine 1. Then you can play whichever routes you want, except the last one(Hinaori Kagome). Once you have finished all but the last route, you'll unlock the last heroine(Hinaori Kagome), the true one.
