    Same thing happen to me though. After i spent my 48 hour to get sanae ending, and im shocked i find no "achievement" in my extras. But i found solution already though after experimenting with my save data. You have to uncheck "read only" boxes for the game folder. When i load my save data again, the cg's is still there.
