Majikoi VN Miyako and Agave Translation Status
Jun Inoue replied to The Protagonist's topic in Fan Translation Discussion
"If the translators want a proper thread they could make a new serious one." Exactly. What. We. Said. And yes, I'm sure that for the people that are just unpatiently waiting and want the translation delivered to them without effort or showing any kind of effort, this idea is great. How is it useless spam? I'm amazed at how you guys are speaking as if you are the translators' representatives, telling us what they think and want. Hence, why I'm calling this pretentious. If they want to make a thread, they'll do so. Calling the thread with the only people who still support the translation useless is quite shocking. -

Are you in the TL "team", though? Cuz if not, what you are doing is insanely pretentious. Saying that the other thread has no purpose and is useless, and that the TL team has to post here cuz it'll be more "comfortable". The people discussing on the other thread are the ones discussing Majikoi (appart from many things) and waiting patiently for any progress report. -

He was an albino, it explains it all. A non-proper is still a dragon, though. It's like a faulty turret is still a turret, or a mutated child is still a human. But yeah, he was probably jealous. Don't you follow No Game No Life? CUTE IS JUSTICE! -

As far as I know, there's no blog. There's a team doing the translation, though. -

Very bad. If Wairu has done even a 5% work during this silence of 4 months, I'll be extremely surprised. No Dragon Quest VIII? The shame's on you! He's a nub that already has schooooool! Ho hoooo~ -

Yeah, but the defense with a good shield is still nice. The feeling of blocking bosses instead of running away... huhuhu. The only problem is when, even if you block, your poise gets broken =X Another problem I found is the awful scalation of weapons/armor. I got the Dangleic Sword + Set after beating The Pursuer, and that's pretty much one of the best weapons and set in the whole game, meaning I didn't change at all until veeeeery late in the game. Doesn't really give you a sense of progression. Apart from the fact that boss weapons are kind of shit @_@ -

Already this year? I see. I need to make the decision, to buy or not the PS4... xD Btw, unless you get an op sorcerer (and even so), DS II is pretty much as tough as the first one : p -

Yes, and it was a new saga. They didn't say "Final Fantasy Tactics A3" and changed everything. That would had been a catastrophe. They new a new kind of game, gave it a cool name, and it was epic. What they did to Final Fantasy is not only throw away the things that made us love those games, it also means there's a 0% chance for us to see a new Final Fantasy (the kind we like), since the saga is being continued. So true... I went Paladin cuz I wanted to be tanky enough to have some exciting hand-to-hand combat, but the magic looks so OP against almost all bosses. -

Mixed feelings ;D The rest, though... estus flask, bonfires and limited respawns, etc. Love it! I think they did a great job on Dark Souls II. I would just add one thing: make it so that the more people summon others, the more they get invaded, and that the difficulty of a boss increases slightly (not a super scalation, cuz that kind of defeats the purpose of summoning help, but some increase, cuz some most bosses are plain sad and ridiculously easy with help). I really can't stand what they did to the series =X Not just some random hate. It's just that the new system they started to use was horrendous to me. Makes me so sad... my only hope is that FF XV is as nice as it looks like in trailers. But still, they should had started a new series. They keep saying "Final Fantasy", but that name is kind of dead/empty if they throw away everything that represented the series. It'll only keep hurting their sales. -

Dark Souls II xD Appart from that, FFX HD like you, and Tactics Ogre ;o Vita master console. Tales of Xillia on the PS3? Now that's a great Tales of game! The cutscenes are epic, too, and you'll think you have finished the game 3 or 4 times before it actually ends Zero's Scape is so good, too. -

It's pretty fun. If you want an honest answer: unless you find it at a great price, don't. -

Then I attack you with "What did I miss?"* ;D Btw, I missed a comma there, but "I do this, because as a student" is correct. Agarest now? Got it both for PC and PS3... and the combat system would certainly be more awesome if it wasn't a nightmare of repetition. Battle after battle, to have a 2-mins chat of story, then 5 more battles, all of them feeling the exact same. -

I played a Fire Emblem game, but the one I played the most was the latest one, the one for the 3DS. It's pretty good, and decently tough if you want to recruit everyone and lose noone. Ofc, as an official lolicon, I made the MC go for the dragonkin little girl! -

So that they don't get damaged in any way. I call it smart thinking! As one would expect from Aoi's best friend!
