Seeing lots of Grisaia, which is neat since it caught my eye from the artwork and synopsis on VNDB. I think I will most definitely give it a read.

I'm a stay at home dad, so I got nothing but time...

I was in such a hurry to bullrush into Alternative that I didn't pay too much attention to the side routes in Extra. Takeru's experiences with Sumika and Meiya are the only ones in Extra that really impact the events of Alternative, truth be told. I did Ayamine's on a lark, but it didn't affect my enjoyment of Alternative at all except to make 1st Lt. Sagiri's involvement in the plot a tiny bit more meaningful, maybe, I guess? I can't speak for Unlimited, since I only did Meiya's route there.

Hello. My name is Treima, recently discovered VNs through reading Katawa Shoujo, dove in here at the site and hope to read many more. So glad to meet you all, and looking forward to being a part of the discussion here. If you all have recommendations for what I ought to read next I will happily take them, please keep in mind my only Japanese experience is a semester in college, so please only translated works. Here's what I've read so far: Katawa Shoujo (I know, not the best, but it was my intro to the format and a good story told well at the very least) Fate/Stay Night (Probably my favorite VN so far) Muv Luv Extra/Unlimited/Alternative (MLA took my breath away!) G-Senjou no Maou (Probably my favorite protagonist of any VN) Steins;Gate (Dat twisty plot) CLANNAD (Believe it or not, could not get into this one very much, only finished it out of a sense of obligation truth be told) I am currently enjoying Ever 17, and looking at starting Little Busters! next.
