I'm guessing that the UR has lower base stats and a weak ability as well similar to those other free URs

Currently at 20694 points with 274 tokens saved up. Will level up in another song and that gives me another 2 plays. Hoping to make it through this without spending too many love gems. The rank cutoff is rising by the hour, them Nico fans are getting desperate and going all in now

EX songs incoming! Currently able to FC all the songs in the game consistently so I'm really looking forward to trying those super hard EX songs. Not to mention EX songs giving 1 love gem for FC. With the current number of songs in the game it'll definitely be a love gem gold mine if we are able to FC every single song. IF

Based on past experience I think another 4/5 more love gems should be enough to secure a top 1000 finish if you're 700~800-ish during the second last day. However Nico fans are hardcore so this figure might not hold true if everyone is desperate to get their Nicos.

It's the second last day of the event and my ranking is dropping at a faster rate now. Might have to blow a few more love gems to keep myself in the top 1000 spot. Have used 7 up till now and as long as that number doesn't go above 10 I wouldn't feel too bad about it. 10 love gems = 2 honor student draws so using 10 of em to guarantee 2 SR seems fair enough

That's actually pretty damn good, close to a perfect run I wish I could attempt the same thing but my iPhone screen is too small and I tend to mistime my taps with the circles and get greats. Playing on an iPad would be so much better

More like exploiting glitches in a system. He was 2nd place a few hours ago with quite a point gap and within one hour he gained about 30k~40k points. Not to mention he's ONLY LVL 29! Seems pretty fishy if you ask me. Same thing happened during the Kotori event where some dude got a very very high event song score (1 million 1 think? I can't remember, could have been lower) just from playing Easy mode on the event song. I know cause I checked his profile and he had 0 hard song completion. Few days later he was removed from the scoreboards as well so i presume he was banned. It is definitely possible to exploit it by altering the score etc. before device sends the data to the system. We just don't know who is exploiting this and who isn't. Kinda sucks knowing someone is able to stay within the top 1000/200 without spending any love gems.

I hate you. I have yet to get a single Maki SR up until now even though I've been praying so hard for it to appear everytime I do that honor scout. Managed to draw a Nico SR on my 2nd draw though so I guess that makes up for it. Am still hoping to get it one day

I think you should hold your honor scout next time until there is a guaranteed SR draw which usually happens after an event ends. This way you will be guaranteed a SR card. Pulling anytime other than this guaranteed SR could result in 11 rares which sucks tbh

Just calculated that I will be barely making the top 1000 cutoff for event ranking after using all my tokens. What's going on here is everyone using more love gems then usual? I expected myself to be at least within top 600. Everyone wants some Nico Nico love I guess..

I'm almost at the same song score as you. Kinda pisses me off as I'm so close to top 200 but I can't seem to breach that cutoff! Kinda wish I had a Nico UR right now, Umi is fine and all but she's not helping much in this event :/ On the other hand, have some spare time tonight so it's time to burn through those tokens that I have amassed Should be able to get me into the top 1000. Have used 3 love gems and will be using another tonight just to secure my spot. Also, I'll be able to idolize the event Nico immediately after I get her as well Nico hungers

Yeah but to have full SR teams for Smile, Pure and Cool they would need around 30 SR/URs to fill out the teams. Not to mention the chance of getting 15 Smile SRs and 5 Cool SRs etc. So I think it's entirely possible they spent that amount on the game @@

Can't start to imagine how much $$ they threw into the game. I'm guessing it's at leasr $1000 for a full SR/UR team, probably.
