  1. well, it's not THAT hard to be part of a welcoming committee, I think, and try Deardrops, I think it's pretty cool, had lots of fun with it
  2. although it's of the girl I liked the least, (mind you, even Makina hit me a bit hard) the fact that it's depressed Michiru is enough to have me give a good 9/10 THE FEELS
  3. hey there stranger, welcome to the forums! you know, I have to ask, what HAVE you read?
  4. *rubs eyes* Huh, never thought I'd get a girl in my room, while drunk, no less...Ah well, there's use helping it, if you came here on your own, feel free to sleep on the floor, or share my bed with me, I don't really care *head falls back onto pillows, eyes shut, Umber falls back asleep*
  5. Hrm? Mafia? I love myself a good game of Mafia, though I have to ask, what roles are in the pool? TL;DR: I'm saying yes translation: YES
  6. Ah, just a humanoid rendition of one of John de Lancie's animated characters. (Yeah, I know, shocking, Q did voice work too)
  7. Game-related? Check Animated? Check Something I like? Check Solid 8/10
  8. hiya stranger, welcome to the forums! since a lot of other people seem to be doin' it, I guess I can too. have some yuri: ...psst, read Grisaia no Kajitsu, cause it's awesome, in every sense of the word. here, I'll help you read it, like, now, if at all possible also, sorry about the double post, didn't notice kou's new post until I hit the button
  9. 8.9/10 it's a chibi version of Maka from Soul Eater. what can I say, I love Soul Eater
  10. granted, but your cupcakes make anyone who taste them feel nauseated and have to stay in the bathroom for vomit-related purposes for an entire week I wish I could read, write, speak and otherwise understand Japanese
  11. hiya fellow music lover and newbie! welcome to the forums, I guess, though I'm not really the person to say that, to be honest anyways, I have to know, what kind of music is it that you like? I can tell you like japanese lyrics, probably, if osu! is anything to go by, anyways
  12. 1) Kazami Yuuji you know him, you love him, the protagonist of the Grisaia series! a strategist, battle expert, and all-around badass, need I say more? 2) Spiderman mostly for moral support purposes, but I don't think many people realize just how OP hyper-awareness can be in many situations 3) Alucard (Hellsing Ultimate) in terms of raw power and sheer awesomeness, NOTHING beats that of the one and only, the best, the greatest, and the coolest, Alucard! of course, I'm screwed if I have to play music in a concert, unless Alucard's got some master musicians hiding around inside himself...
  13. hrm, that seems interesting, I'll need to check it out well, I KIND OF read several at a time, as in, when I start to feel myself get burned out on one, ex: I was reading G-senjou no maou for a few days, but I started feeling the burny-outty feeling, so I moved to Deardrops for a few days mmm, I love puns, though, unfortunately, I've never been given the honor of being called the pungeon master several things crossed through my mind: TVTropes The Crab People being in a cult and then settling for just being in a crowd that loves VNs a bit too much
  14. well, it's not really your fault. actually, I find this rather ironic. generally, I partake in my duties as a member of the Grammar Police (our mission is to correct and serve) and can REALLY break out the baton when it comes to some people, but surprisingly enough, knowing that English is actually, at the very least, a second language for you is somewhat, cooling, in a sense also, yes, Haru IS the true end, why else would that misery conga line be there? shits and giggles?
  15. *shrugs* meh, generally I'll do the allegedly best route, but seeing as apparently Haru's the true route, and best for last if you're like that, then yeah...
  16. oh god no, I've heard there's a bit of a misery conga line involving tsubaki, Kanon, and, um, the other one (wow, I must seem really awesome right now) so I've kinda held myself back, because I want to drown in those feels. This is what I want myself to be like by the end (jesus christ I've just realized how massive of a sadomasochist I am)
  17. I'm gonna guess English isn't your first language, do I win a prize? anyways, I'm currently in the middle of Tsubaki's route, and I will probably continue onto Kanon's route sometime next week (if I could dedicate my life to G-senjou until I finished it, I'm sure it wouldn't take more than a few days to finish, but I can't, because my regular life would have problems with that sentiment)
  18. I refer to it as a footpalm, though maybe a facesole might be better in retrospect? whatever the case, I made someone laugh, on my first day in my third forum! this calls for celebration! (by the way, I actually WOULD dance like this, if I felt like it)
  19. ...jesus christ, I don't even know what it is I did, but apparently I couldn't find that
  20. yeah, I would just hook and play meikyuu, but, as I understand it, (unless I've been trolled by a bunch of redditors) koestl does quite a bit in order for the common dirty gaijin, in order for us to understand it, and the vocabulary is allegedly a bit higher than one might expect, so using a rosetta stone for a few months and playing meikyuu and then rakuen is out of the picture as well
  21. ...where? i actually looked on the main site, and found basically nothing...
  22. hrm, I'm guessing this is it? in regards to the types of books I've read, light novels are, generally, not within that spectrum. actually, right now I have two volumes of the Brothers Grimm tales kinda, sitting here, for me to read at my leisure. I was hoping they'd actually be fairly dark, but I forgot that dark back in the day meant fairly light, compared to today's definition of grimdark, as the first ten tales have revealed to me. other types of books: manga (I am literally blanking on any and all manga I have read, at the moment) and comic books (spiderman (supreme spiderman, YO~) Scott Pilgrim) I think that's about it >is actually reading G-senjou at the moment (I've fallen for Tsubaki SO hard, curse my vulnerability to sweet and innocent girls!) and Kajitsu has been finished, though I haven't looked at any of the bad ends, except for Amane's since I heard it's pretty much needed for Meikyuu. me talking about it below: Read Clannad if you haven't, and also Umineko no Naru Koro ni, I'm having a great time with it ^^. Hope you have fun and I'll see you around. Clannad has been downloaded, as per the request/threat/warning/promise from two of the members who've already replied to this thread, and I'm not so sure about Umineko, I'm kinda, well, not so sure about DAT ART (VNs, the only genre of game where visuals actually have a serious position in whether or not I play them
  23. Grisaia no Kajitsu (will probably get replaced by the sequels, as they get translated) Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (I'm a stealth bastard, okay?) Civilization V Ratchet & Clank (am I allowed to say the first three? because I love the first three) Worms Armageddon
  24. thanks ...seriously? you know what, you just earned a day's worth of wat. here, take it, it's yours now
  25. two of my own favorite moments: >playing Ratchet & Clank: Up your Arsenal this one is kinda a spoiler for Jak & Daxter:
