I think it's more better if you let them play the game for free first, then let them decide if it's worth keeping. Not all games are worth buying after all, it all depends on the users taste. I don't want to scare away the newbies ~ hahaha.

I don't come here just for the torrents, I come here for discussion of VN's and as well as learning Fan T/L and extraction. This is the only place I could think of where discussion won't lead to harassment , name calling and looking down of other members. I won't mention the other place..but some of you know what I'm talking about. In summary, I don't think Fuwanovel is just a leeching site. If you browse other sections other than the torrents and get involve with projects/discussions then you will know that a community here does exist. The only user base that dies here are the leechers and thats understandable.

If you have a favorite VN publisher, you might as well check on their FAQ if the product listed has problems with 64 bit. In my case there's only 1 VN out of 300 that had a problem with 64 bit so it's pretty rare. The common cause of this is because of directory structure, and a simple fix requires moving it from the Program x86 to Program directory or a game patch by the game developers themselves.

When theres too much information being thrown at you and it still doesn't make sense halfway through. When the story jumps to a critical point in the beginning that leaves you a lot of questions that needs answering. When theres too much dialogue/interaction between two characters that kills the exciting build-up. When a certain route just drops a spoiler bomb at you and ruins the whole experience. Nukige. Hello BananaShiki, I really recommend turning off any anti-virus especially free ones if you do a fresh install of VNR. They black listed several dlls. Especially AVG and Bitdefender, holy cow just uninstall that crappy free anti-virus and use Kaspersky instead. Steps to do fresh install: -Go to the scripts folder in VNR Run (double click) Remove VNR Profiles.cmd Right click > Install Remove VNR Settings.reg Now get a fresh copy VNR v150218 and extract it in a folder with no special characters. Now do this: -Tips to prevent crashing- I make sure that after the game is launched using the Springboard, that the loading circle in the lower left corner disappears and "Processing Dictionary" in the notification disappears as well. This means that the dictionaries are now loaded and some other configurations. If that doesn't work, you can submit your debug log at the official forum website of VNR. You could actually buy a psp for $30-$50 in a pawnshop. It's second hand but it works just fine with no issues at all. There's lots of second hand psp here in our country, mainly because PSP is loosing it's popularity here and there's PSV.

Honestly, I prefer playing visual novels on psp than pc ) I hope rewrite could get a port too.

I prefer Shounen-ai than Yaoi. Also I hate pretentious fans who like Yaoi just to fit in. At first i thought I was into yaoi, and my first shipping was SasuXNaru, but after taking a glimpse of hardcore BL, I realized I'm not really fund of two guys doing something...... intimately......... The butthole thing still creeps me out, and after seeing two real people doing it... I...backed out. I have this realization, what if my boyfriend is doing this...and gave me the shivers. I'm okay with shounen-ai though, it makes my heart plump for some reason. Maybe because the chemistry of two characters are well written., and probably more well written than most Shoujo stories I've read/seen. I like Yuri too, strawberry panic is a favorite of mine. But for some reason, I can't like Yuri in OELVN's. I don't know...I don't it fits..or maybe I'm biased with JP women..hahaha ^^; Most of the people here on fuwanovel are males, there's another forum which is the complete opposite of here and full of females.
