I had the game before I upgraded. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Reconnect works but the first Dmmd doesnt

I have both Dramatical Murder games, and they worked fine with Windows 7. Now that I updated to Windows 10, my Dramatical Murder game would start, and the famous black screen would appear. The only problem is that it would stay black. As for Reconnect the black screen would appear, and soon the game would start. I would open DMMD, but 10 minutes would pass, and the black screen would stay there. Can anyone plz help >.<

I have recently installed Dramatical Murder and I have ran into a problem. I cant hear the voices of the characters in the game. The programs opens fine and everything, the sound effects and background noises work fine too its just the character voices. I have gone to the settings section in the game and in the area where it says voice I turned it up to maximum on the voice bar and pressed the "Test" button and nothing happens. Im not sure if the game didnt install correctly (which is weird since everything else works fine) Or its just me. Please someone help me >///<

I dont know if this helps at all but the same thing happened with me. I opened the game form the files it was downloaded from and it worked fine. After I placed the short cut on the screen it wouldnt open. After placing the icon back in the Dmmd folder it opened again, its weird but it worked for me. If that doesnt help then you might want install DirectX if you dont already have it. If nothing else works and you tired everthing you might have to re-install it, which I hope might not be the case.
