Hi people!Sorry if I start this novel read but, you know,stuff happened; for now I'm still at the beginning after the tea party and my first impression of this novel is...I'm confused!XD

Finished Umineko last night,that VN was fantastic! I really like the development of the plot and the characterization of all the characters and the endless clash during the reading to consider the Rokkenjima event like a mystery or like a fantasy!And obviously I love the OST of the novel! Currently reading episode 8 of Umineko..I already start to feel nostalgic thinking at how long this VN is. Spoiler question about Episode 8

Well, I don't read VN for H scenes but i undersand that for the ones who make the VN in Japan is fondamental for make more people play their games (probably most of the negative opinions of the Eroge is only from us west people). However I admit that is annoying to find during the reading without reason an h scene(like casual encounters of an old school JRPG)

Count me in, after finish Umineko I will glad to read a different type of novel for a change

Well, in my opinion Ayakabashi was one of the best action VN (if not the best) I have ever read! I like all the routes and I very enjoy the reading of this story where each the world than the characters are well described (at the contrary of some novels)!! The only con. that I can Found in this novel are the excessive use of H scenes (expecially the disturbing ones) however I am sure that if someone will ask me a novel full of Action and where during the reading they will never be left bored Ayakabishito will be my answer

That said, you still haven't seen anything, Chiru gets absolutely crazy.

Whew! Today I finished the last route of the game....that route was literally epic! Now that I finished the game i can say that this novel is one of the most awesome that I've ever read! I like almost all the characters of the story and I love the fact that all of them (even the ones who seems the most useless) have their momento to shine and also I really like the story and I found all the routes very enjoyable (even if I most admit that the last one was the perfection having the best heroine of the story)! PS:I need more Kuki Badass Sensei!XD PS2:spoiler about Ichina in the last route

Here is my answer at your questions: 1)In my opinion I don't find unusual in many visual novel like a male character at the same level of the novel heroines (for example Kuki badass Sensei in Ayakashibito) 2)About your second question I will answer that the presence of a male character sometime save my experience in a route (for example Kaoru route in Ayakashibito) but usually I prefer to be the route heroine the core of the route and not another character 3)Kuki Sensei just because he is too badass PS:yes,I'm a little focus on Ayakashibito in this period!XD
