If my heart had wings keep crashing

I installed the game, applied the restoration patch, everything works perfectly... except for some reason the game always crashes at some point, and these crashes happen randomly, usually 1 hour after playing. I tried everything suggested, changing system locale, installing/uninstalling cccp, updating direct X, etc. Nothing I tried works. This is on windows 7 32 bit and I have a screenshot of the message before crash. This problem doesn't make this game unplayable, but it's very annoying and I would appreciate any help

A little bit more googling says to download the K-Lite codec pack, so you might want to try that as well. Also, are you using the Steam version? You could try verifying the integrity of the game cache, or reinstalling the game altogether.

Not at any particular scene, happens at random.

I'm not using steam, but I did try uninstalling/reinstalling and it didn't work. I looked into that topic, and tried downloading L-lite pack but still it didn't fix the the issue. I think it's because we have same problem. His crashes always happened at a fixed location which make it different from mine.

I just want to say, do NOT download the K-Lite codec pack, it's glorified adware at best. CCCP should work, besides if it's the codecs, it should only crash during a video.

Which game are using? Moenovel's version? Steam version? JP version?

Thanks for advice, I had it installed but after reading this uninstalled before experiencing any further problems. It play videos perfectly well so I'm sure that's not the reason for crashing. Moenovel's.
