Tatsujin Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Hoohoooo shit is going down to business. Meeting Makina's mom. She's one hell of a hot milf. Quote
dreamweaver Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 That depends on the eventuality of me finally get around to drag my lazy bum and study some damn Japanese. I'm a person very susceptible to inertia and lethargy, so I tend to give up pretty quickly on stuff. its okay theres alot of great english translated VNs out there. Its gonna be a long ass wait for Meikyuu and Rakuen to be translated though... Quote
Tatsujin Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 that fucking bitch mother, I feel like beating my two large fists inside her face right now. Anyways, Makina's 1st H-scene was unlocked. That was hella good for a loli .. and the way she kept saying "papa" ... haha. sleep time. Quote
V_Kitsune_V Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Playing Majikoi, Yukie's afterstory for educational purposes. Yeah, educational purposes and such Quote
SilverLi Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Everyone want Miyako. But it is worth playing anyway. It's really good. I am stuck in the "I want to do something but I don't know what so I don't do anything". I hate this. Quote
SilverLi Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 If everyone wants Miyako (you took the winky face off :/), then I don't understand why she's the only heroine with an untranslated route. You'd think the guy translating it would either have been harassed or helped enough that it'd be finished by now. Sorry about that. It didn't fit when I edited the post. Well that's the mysteries about translating. Maybe they save the heroine they like best for last just because they like it that way. Well I don't know if really everyone wants Miyako. But I think her route is the best or top 2 (in my case). I am weak for heroines who got feelings and showing it. Quote
hydro Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 I plan to start Majikoi the moment Miyako is done. I watched a little of the crappy anime before dropping it, and Miyako was easily my favourite. I liked 2 of the other heroines too, just not as much. The VN as a whole looks interesting as well, but I think I can wait. Quote

If you like sociopathic bitches, I guess. Wouldn't hit that with anything but a baseball bat. I know that feel...and that feel blows. Oh well, hopefully Kajitsu getting on Steam will make people more interested in the trilogy and getting the sequels translated. Couldn't hurt, right? It will be a long damn time for Meikyuu(It's been dead for a long time Meilyuu's tl) and Rakuen to be fan tled, only hope will be the Kajitsu steam sales to see if Sekai is willing to tl the rest. Down Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Sachi's route credits rolling in Grisaia. The bad end was really hastily written crap. The good end made me shed some tears. Heartwarming with a bit of bitterness endings are great, and family stuff usually clicks with me. Really nice. Overall pretty good route. As much as I wanna know what does Michiru's route looks like, I think I'm gonna take a little break to catch up on some stuff now >_> Quote

Down Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 All Grisaia routes are good in their own way. Sachi was awesome. Makina's I didn't like all that much. Well, it was pretty good and there's a bunch of stuff happening, but Makina's character really didn't get anything out of it. Hints here and there in the other routes I've played so far bring more to her development... Yuuji did get more interesting in it though. Amane's was good, but mainly for the flashback which was really well handled. The rest was less interesting. A global thing I'd have against the 3 routes I've done so far is their predictability, but that's not so important. Quote

Well Makina's character is a love-hate one, you either love her or hate her, there isn't much of a common ground with her. For me Amane was the best route and heroine so anything I say about her is biased. Quote

For me Amane was the best route and heroine so anything I say about her is biased. What I say doesn't have to do with my appreciation of her actually. It's just that apart from one changement, she didn't really get a whole bunch of development. In fact I felt like she almost regressed during her route, losing interesting aspects. I feel like it could have been done much better. That being said, Amane didn't get all that much either. But most of her route is the flashback and it gives insight in her current personnality so I guess that fills up the quota. Quote
Ninjafoo Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 I've been addicted to Comyu since Friday... It's pretty awesome. Much sleep has been sacrificed. Quote
nohman Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 For some reason I let myself get distracted by Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate yesterday. I like it quite a bit so far as something light, but I know I'm going to hate myself when I finish up the content in the partial patch. Apart from Majikoi, this is the only other game I've started playing before the full release is out. I'm going to start back up on Angelic Howl tonight and move onto Michiru's route sometime later this week. Quote
Berilium Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 I was thinking of playing YUNO. The art is a downside but that it's because I'm not used to it and I know that it's a good VN. What should I do -_- Quote

Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate is already translated, they are editing which is more than half way done. "Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate - 100% translated, 228/397 files edited". Even if it did drag out a tiny bit, Angelic Howl was awesome. Quote
douggle Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Really the only route in Grisaia I can say I disliked was Michiru's. Quote
Praeliator Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Taking a break from Planetarian and currently reading Majikoi and it sure is a fun vn to read. Quote
madvanced Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Really the only route in Grisaia I can say I disliked was Michiru's. I liked her route, but I didn't like how they did the choices. Quote
Cythnar Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Majikoi was great. Probably one of the few VN's I'd play more than once. It made me lol so hard throughout the entire thing. Quote
Ayana Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 I was thinking of playing YUNO. The art is a downside but that it's because I'm not used to it and I know that it's a good VN. What should I do -_- Go for it. YU-NO's actually pretty much worth reading despite what tastes one has. Simply because it is an older and more outdated VN. It has a pretty amazing story even in comparison to some of the newer VNs out there as well, and the translation is really good to boot... so it should at least be interesting to check out, right? Quote
madvanced Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Well I decided to play Comyu now and then play Rewrite, by then hopefully Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate will be completely edited and released. Quote
