So after listening to a drama CD of Yandere Heaven Vol. 2 I think I have begun to realize I like doctors....sexy ones....with glasses....and being like a yandere but that is to be expected it was a yandere drama CD

 

Soooo I was wondering what kind of visual novel otome games are out there that have a hospital theme or at least some good looking doctors or scientists or something. I also try to find some Yandere ones too, and I already know about Higurashi (duh) and Yandere: The game (an eroge). Unfortunately I don't believe Harem Heaven/Yandere Hell has been translated besides that one fan translation on youtube.

Try Crescendo [https://vndb.org/v29] for an actual nurse heroine. Then Dracu-Riot [https://vndb.org/v8213] for a doctor secondary character with weight in the story (you'll know more about him depending on which route you go). Also, he's gay.

In 2015, the only vn I knew about was Gyakuten Saiban (Ace Attorney)  (and back then, I didn't even know the term 'visual novel' existed)

Anyways, to answer OP's question, I don't really know any vns that are doctor-centric but I do know a few that have doctor/nurse characters in them. You probably already know Takano Miyo and Irie Kyosuke from Higurashi so I will skip them. 

I don't know if the male ones are considered good looking but here goes.

Doctor theme eh? Dunno about that, but Grisaia no Kajitsu had a LOT of hospital scenes. Most were kinda depressing (and one made me tear up in absolute depression, it was the first time I cried in a game).

Havn't played it yet, but Narcissu is about terminal illness (dunno if there are doctors or hospitals there).

 

Havn't played a game with yanderes (closest I've seen was a slightly violent tsundere). But again, Grisaia no Kajitsu had a character completely flip out, with crazy yandere like laughter too, after she attacked a classmate.

This is likely not what you are looking for but the main character (male) is an illegal doctor and one of the characters does dress up in a nurse outfit to assist him.

This is also however not very realistic and is much more steampunk fantasy: Sekien no Inganock -What a Beautiful People-
