Tay Posted August 20, 2015 Posted August 20, 2015 Today I'm posting to let the community know that Rose has stepped down as our Community Recognition Team Leader. Time flies by pretty quickly, and it may surprise many of you to learn that Rose has been doing this job for (almost exactly) six months! My original instructions were pretty vague (something along the lines of "let's try stuff and figure out how to recognize cool projects and people around this place"), and Rose has done a great job exploring ways to do just that. During his reign he and his team put together twenty weekly forum recaps, multiple interviews, blocked a heretical pro-Scottsune piece from going up on the blog, and -- perhaps just as importantly -- looked dang sexy doing it. In addition to those notable achievements, he's a super-nice person and is quick to lend a helping hand should you ever need it. Thank you for all of your help and time, Rose. The community has been greatly improved because of your work, and we're all better and happier for having known and worked with you. Much, much < 3.
