Can't open game after playing it once.

So I was able to download it and play it. Everything was smooth and I reached the part of the town map for the first time. When I saved it and exited I could'nt open the game anymore. It keeps on showing me an error notification in Japanese and I don't get it :/

I'd suggest you post the message and say the name of the game. It's pretty hard to help without that.

so should i reinstall the whole game or just the files?

seems like something got broken a file it seems.., make a backup of the savefile and reinstall the game.

This sounds like a permissions issue; when you save or the change the game settings the data files probably aren't getting created properly.  Reinstall the game to a non-protected directory such as your desktop instead of program files, or disable User Account Control.
