Vongalaxy Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Hello everyone! I am planning on starting a translation project of the VN 恋しよっ? but I am having trouble extracting the scripts. I believe the scripts are in the data7.pack files but I am having trouble extracting them. I also found this http://asmodean.reverse.net/pages/exfp3.html but I have no idea how to use it as my programming skills is close to none. Thanks again for your time! Any help is appreciated! -Vongalaxy Quote
Tenkuru Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 I think exfp3 is a command line tool, and I believe you need both the .pack and .fkey files. Also, doesn't .pack files contain CGs...? I'm not too knowledgeable on that though. Vongalaxy 1 Quote
Vongalaxy Posted January 15, 2016 Author Posted January 15, 2016 Thanks ten, I will check on it Quote

Now, add the path to the game exe as the final part of the command-line and that should work. There's no need to open fkey by yourself. Quote

binaryfail Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Notice the beginning of the command prompt .... the part that goes C:\Users\Vongalaxy> That's where the files got extracted. I guess the cd command might be useful next time. Quote
Vongalaxy Posted January 16, 2016 Author Posted January 16, 2016 Ah I successfully extracted the scripts, thank you very much for your help! Quote
