Looking for VNs with a very specific sister character

Couldn't think of a funny original title, sorry.

I'm looking for any VN that has a little sister character that calls the protagonist "Nii-nii". Nothing more, nothing less.
Doesn't matter if it's translated or not.
Doesn't matter if they're blood related or not either (preference is on the former but I'll take anything at this point).

Imouto characters are my favorite character archtype and I have a huge preference for this nickname, sadly it seems that this is also one of the rarest nicknames to use in a VN for whatever reason. It's not that I don't like "Onii-chan" or anything, but variety is nice too.

My search on the interwebs has proved to be almost futile as I only found 3 games where this happens:
