Help unsubscribing from PM

my email account gets spammed by the minute with the people talking on PM. How can I deactivate the subscription?

Notification settings > Messenger > I recieve a message > Disable the e-mail option

You can also disable one PM's notifications instead of all PM notifications.
Just go on the top right corner of that PM and click message > turn notifications off

There are more granular options below that, as well - you can, for instance, turn off only email notifications (so you'll still have the toast in the forum UI), and only for messages (so you'll still get emails for other things for which you may want email).

You just spam too much, but don't fret, that means you're doing your job

You can also opt out of email notifications from PMs entirely from going into notifications settings and unchecking email
