So who do you follow?

I watch DemolitionD whenever he decides to make his yearly upload. Does that count?

Actually the only anime related channel that provides thoughts on the industry and sometimes throws a top ten or review is TheAnimeMan but other than him I don't follow anyone else of that kind, though I wouldn't call him a reviewer.

I find the ANN reviews quite reasonable and they do a blow-by-blow on a weekly basis as episodes come out. However my only criticism is they probably spend too much time explaining the story and not enough time critically appraising the shows though that doesn't matter that much since you'll only read those particular weekly reviews if you've seen the episode yourself and want to see what other people make of them. I try to rate each show's episodes as they come out and find the community's overall ratings not that dissimilar to my own.

He only does reviews once in a while, and usually only on key aspects of the series, so he's not really a reviewer... but I follow Digibro.

Agreed. His videos are of top-notch quality and it feels like he genuinely puts in a lot of effort into making videos. 

I also enjoy watching Gigguk and Mother's Basement.
