Edit: I should mention these sprites and background are just generic assets that come with the Novelty engine, so it's not all from that game.

Edit 2: further research has shown this particular screenshot was just created by someone using the Novelty engine, so it's not really from Unknown ID, or any game for that matter. Sorry.
