What's the initial word on the quality of the revised translation?

I'm playing the Steam demo now. Since it seems to be a hyped VN. Didn't realize it was a Yuri work.

The quality seems high but I find it fairly boring, I don't know if it's because of the choice of section (they drop you in the middle of the game since it's a demo).

Looks like JAST put about 200 sales worth of effort into the TLC, just by my rough estimation.  I'm curious if they'll actually recoup that in additional sales.

Has anyone already finished it? Doest it end in some kind of cliffhanger? Or is it ok to read it and wait for the other parts?

I'm pretty excited to reading Flowers, but since it is episodic, it may be a bother to read it now

Just finished Mayuri's route, I love it! Can't wait for the 2nd VN to be translated.

I ordered it via JList after it released along with Sonico and Kindred Spirits. Already received both Sonico and Kindred in the mail, but still waiting on Flowers. I emailed them, and they replied that they were expecting them to ship this week... so fingers crossed? One day, I will read it.

Is this VN decent? Looks like it might have some romance in it, but I didn't read much about it. How many people recommend it?

If all the extra work cost them was 200 sales' worth of money (and some time), that's a bargain.  Doing this will pay dividends in the long term because it builds Jast's reputation.  People will remember that they did this.  Now, it's real hard to attach a dollar figure to that kind of good press, but I'm sure it's more than 200 sales' worth.

As for whether Flowers is any good, I couldn't say.  I would have been interested in it, except that I found Kara no Shoujo 2 to be a reputation-destroying landmine and I don't want anything Innocent Grey touches anymore.

It's more of a melodrama than a romance. I recommend it, assuming you enjoy a good melodrama.

The beginning is awfully dull, and the original (Japanese) story has so far been pretty badly written. I'm still struggling to get into it
