This kind of thing is pretty common in VNs that have characters in the backgrounds.

in chaos head, in takumi's room you can see saber rin  arcueid (if i remember well how to spell it ) and maybe other chars from other vn/animes amongst the figures displayed on the shelves

This time looks like Yuu and Suuichi, and possibly one of the Shindou sisters in front of them.
