What, specifically, do you claim I'm denying?

Steam is but a storefront, and, ideally, not the only one. All ages short VNs are fantastic for it. Long Eroge not so much, but they can be managed with external 18+ patches. If I were to make this a matter of personal opinion, I'd go so far as to claim such scenes are usually unnecessary anyway. I've no choice to agree that nukige without any H content seems very abnormal, and a waste of time.

eroge are a part of the visual novel spectrum, that was what I was referring to

According to the developer, it has nudity. I'm not trying to trick anyone into anything, I'm just trying to get down to the facts here. Have you played this version? Because you're talking as if you're really familiar with it. What is it like?

My previous comment was rather confusing. (I did not really understand what it meant myself.)

My intention was though, that yes, it does indeed have partial nudity in the form of these censored CGs (one linked below), but saying that the game isn't all-ages after all might confuse someone into thinking the cut-content is indeed present in the game, and that we were wrong. That was what I was trying to get across, but it came out very awkwardly.

Basically, yes, the game does have censored CGs, similar to how it was done in Nekopara, but all H-scenes are ripped out, and those scenes makes up a bulk of the game's content. (Which you can check by looking at the CGs for this game, and identifying the actual H ones, and the "normal" ones.) I did not mean to sound angry at anyone; I was merely quite angered at the fact that a nukige is released censored on steam in the first place, something that is just... ugh, so stupid. So incredibly stupid.

No idea what are you even arguing about. The game's without the adult content, but lack of said content doesn't exclude nudity, partial or otherwise, nor mature references. They are simply walking along whatever the guidelines on Steam to release their game.

I'm sure we'll get an 18+ patch preety soon. They clearly see the potential in Steam as a digital distribution platform for their games and there's a huge market for such vn's here.

Probably not. I mean, there is nothing wrong with enjoying it in its current state. The issue is that, the version you are playing, (if you are playing the steam version,) is a heavily censored version of a nukige. The point of a nukige is its 18+ content, so having that removed kind of removes the point of the game. 

A lot of VN fans will therefore consider this version a rip off and pointless. But, that doesn't mean everyone has to agree. I'm sure you aren't completely alone in enjoying the censored version.

If you go back a page or two and read my translation for the game's title, as well as check out the DLsite link to the game on the VNDB page, you'll get an idea of what this actually is, and how a few rays of light covering boobs isn't really anything worth bragging about in a game like this.

Which, depending on the CG, I just may too, even if genitals are censored. I mean, magical white mist covering just the nipples and the vulva? That's nudity to any reasonable person who doesn't go around reading Eroge and Nukige (or, to an extent, too much anime-esque media) in their free time.

(Also, the poor fan will get "an actual game with content" regardless of the facts. Just maybe not the kind of content one would expect from a Nukige -- and censored mess of crap is but a subjective opinion any reader may not share with you.)

Yeah, upon reading my comment back, I realize that sounded a bit off. 

My main point was that, saying the game is not all ages might make someone think it actually does have the cut content, and that we were wrong all along. I didn't mean to question whether or not it actually does contain partial nudity or not, (as shown in the censored picture I linked; it does.)

You'd be surprised. There's quite a lot of good nukige out there and by "good" I don't necesarilly mean "ultra fappable h-scenes". They are actually good stories, too!
