Are all medieval/Fantasy VNs RPG's style with gameplay?

I Notice that every Fantasy or/and medieval VN that I come across is an RPG style game with alot of gameplay so I was wondering if there is any medieval/Fantasy VN that doesn't have gameplay? (Not that I dislike VNs with gameplay or anything I was just wondering if this is really the case and if it is why?)

Medieval or Fantasy VNs with no gameplay, huh? I think most of the Medieval VNs have gameplay, but if we're talking about fantasy there are a lot without it. I'd suggest type-moon stuff, like Fate and Tsukihime.

There are plenty, but most of them are not translated. Aiyoku no Eustia comes to mind.

There are medieval VN w/o gameplay here and there, like this one or this one, but I'm yet to find a good one.

I come across fantasy setting VNs without gameplay all the time. It's rather irritating actually.

Have you tried any of the Exodus Guilty? Aiyoku no Eustia is also good but still not translated...

I guess the setting with might and magic is so compelling that not putting any gameplay would seem like a waste? So far, all the fantasy type VN with gameplay fights were compelling and never annoying. But I wouldn't mind playing one with just the story focus. And I hope there are more in the future. Can't never have enough elves. ^^

There are three medieval visual novel without gameplay that I know and there are good (But they are not translated) : Hyakka Ryouran Elixir ,Princess Frontier and Futsuno Fantasy

Never ran into one so far...maybe some untranslated ones, but those dont count...I really wanted to play a VN in a medieval setting without gameplay, I mean, if I wanted an RPG experience then Id rather play an actual RPG.

English-language medieval fantasy setting VNs without the most common gameplay elements. They're mostly OELVNs, with a few nukige from Mangagamer. Remove the English language requirement if you want a more expansive list.

It seems that there are more of thouse than I thought Hower Aiyoku no Eustia is the only one that actually looks good (At least to me). The good thing that it is getting translated but the bad thing is that there wasn't any progres made in last 7 months I just hope it doesn't end dropped in this rate.
