Sadly no, they're called "anti-reflection" crystals here ("cristales antirreflejo") and they cost extra over the base price.

Just ask your local ophtalmologist about "glasses that decrease eye stress when using computers" and they should know.

I in turn learned of them from a friend.

And man, is it a great invention. Discuss with your ophtalmologist and if you get to try them, tell us if it improved your fatigue or not
