Fate Stay Night Crash

Hi! I am getting a blue screen with some pop up boxes on day 12, when I have made the third choice in Fate route. This is what happens:

With so many ?????? in the message, I would recommend switching to Japanese system locale if you haven't already and double-checking you did it right if you have. With that said, I'm not sure if that's the cause of the error as they usually don't look like that when it's a system locale problem.

If worst comes to worst, try to ctrl-skip past the line that gives you the error.

I fixed this, and I am ashamed that it is the easiest fix ever : just copy the *image.xp3 files from setup to the install, overwriting all of the existing files. It now works flawlessly.

Hahahahaha such an easy fix, I gotta remember this in case it happens when I read it
