I want to learn japanese so can someone help me to learn it? Also is it better to first learn how to speak or how to write japanese?

First learn how to read. Unless you learn by speaking. Plenty of online resources out there. There's a pinned topic somewhere with a list of websites that can help you with grammar, etc.
