Me, I don't delete my VNs unless my computer memory becomes so full that I have no choice but to clear out files to conserve space. Other than that, good VNs like Steins;Gate would be unthinkable for me to delete anyway, because it's so damn good, I'd be robbing myself of a reading masterpiece.

I have difficulty deleting anything, VN or otherwise. And most of the time, if I do I'm normally back in the recycle bin a few days later hitting 'restore'.

I'm like a mum that can't throw away her kid's toys from when they were 4.

Generally the stuff I like end up in the external hard drive, but there are a few that I tend to keep on my laptop all the time.

Haruka ni Aogi, Uruwashi no
Hikoukigumo no Mukougawa
Sakura no Uta

I never really deleted anything. I did lose all of my VNs and anime when i switched laptops and my external hard drive crashed (saddest moment of my life). My friend got a bunch of the anime with him but I got no other backup for my VNs. I did want to redownload a bunch of them especially the ones I havent finished (I did redownload some), but I haven't really started on doing that. LOL.

There's always an external drive for that.

But the hardest ones for me were Umineko (I spent six months reading everything and now it's gone T.T) and Fate/Stay Night (which I was about to start but my PC got formatted).

Just bought a new 4TB drive.

(this post has no purpose except to shamelessly boast about that)
