Yeah, it seems that He/She wants another title that is on the PSP that has at least on translated route. It would of been more clear if you explain your question more.

I don't know any Vn's that are translated on the PSP but I'm sure someone will post if there is another Vn that has been translated to the PSP.

The closest thing I can think of is Fate/Extra although it's more of a JPRG hybrid then a full visual novel. At least the PSP Tordora game is being translated if you don't mind waiting.
