The youngest romancing character for VN/dating sim

Hello! I was just curious what the youngest age character you have encountered in VN or dating sim is (regardless of the gender). My game has a 15-year-old girl as one of the romance option. While it is common to go on a date or having a crush toward the girl that age in real life, I'm not sure if she's too young for dating sim game or not. And how far of an interaction you have seen? How far can it be acceptable in terms of romancing/fan service/skinship option? Hugging? Kissing the cheek? Kissing the lips? Pantyshot/Underwears? (no offense intended) 

Though, my biggest concern is about a possibility of the general acceptance of puppy-love stuff and no more than kissing scene for 15 years old girl and 17 years old boy in the west.

BTW, I think the absolute world's record is Nekopara Vol. 1, with 9-months-old heroines. Non-human ones, but it only makes it slightly less horrible.

Apparently Asa and Yoru in If My Heart Had Wings were 12. They were polar opposite twins too. One of the routes in that game involved dating both of them (even if the route focused on one of them).

Thank you very much everyone! Oh I must apologize for not looking at the rules more carefully. Since it says that "Outside of VNs is prohibited", I thought dating sim can be fine. I got all those examples from Japanese VN/anime/manga actually. I just want to know if anyone had seen young character in dating sim or romance VN. I don't really considered much about sexual theme, since romancing and dating are not always about that kind of stuff. But, maybe mentioning pantyshot and underwears had make this thread stepped to that side. 

From the look of it, is a 15-year-old unacceptable at all in dating sim regardless of the romance stuff (even hugging and kissing?, since I didn't consider these two options to be heavily sexual related imo) in the game? Should it be only for 18+ character age?

13 with massive restrictions, but it's actually 18 for unrestricted consent, but it explains how portrayal can make it look like a younger person comes onto an older one to circumvent the restrictions. However how VNs bother to interpret or portray it is wildly variable depending on their target audience (whether they want it to look legal, barely legal, or illegal) and there are no restrictions on what can be depicted in fiction, drawn or animated (so long as mosaics are applied to genitalia.)

Which I personally think it's the logical thing to do (save for the mosaics, totally ludicrous, but Japan is contradictory in the weirdest ways as we well know). 

You see, this could a big plot twist, revelation or whatever to some, but your waifus ain't real. Yeah, sounds crazy right? And as some piece of paper scribbled with some ink, or some pixels displayed on a screen without any connection with people in the real world other than the creators who made it, it doesn't have the power to hurt anything other than your over-sensitive mind. 

So yeah, that's my position. Fiction should be free to portray anything, with no limit whatsoever.

Aren't they only one year (or two, I don't really remember) younger than the MC? And I highly doubt the MC is 13-14...

Look, I'd prefer if VNs finally took off from the high school setting and offered us MILFs and characters in their 20s, 30s, and so on, with more varied settings and cooler stories. It seems pretty stupid to me that most VNs are aimed to an adult public and still depict teenage characters, I understand that for shounen because that's the demographic, but not this.

I know of nukige (huh) with children about 8-10 but I've not played them.

I know there are people that do it at 15-16 but not everyone. Even though the most success I've had is with teenage girls, they're fickle as fuck, I suggest moving away from them entirely. There's an upcoming anime about a high school girl romancing a man in his 40s but I laugh it off, besides, how appropriate and totally not sexist, it's always the girl that's young and the man who's mature.

My gues as to why they use school settings would be that Japan has a fixation with high school in general. Adult life in Japan sucks because they have long working hours. Because of this high school is pretty much the one time they have fond memories of where they were old enough to date and have sexual relationships. As for why it is always an older man and a younger girl in the cases where there is an age gap, I would assume this is because those VNs are targeted towards men.

But that's the kind of stories that come out of Japan, there was an old anime that I don't recall anymore (it was from the 90s I think) that depicted a "coveted" loli as well.

And then there's Boku no Pico but I don't even...

And those teacher-student affairs that happen from time to time and are covered by the likes of Marmalade Boy... please be orderly, people! It's alright to date a person with a steep age difference but only if both of you are adults. This was more common in the past, I think.

Look at the "Obacon" tag on VNDB. Older females with younger males, it's not uncommon or somefin' of a scandal (well at least on the Nukige department xoD)
