Is Legal to buy Dies Irae DX +18 in Paraguay,Latin American Country?

Well,i am a JRPG and Visual Novel fan in a country where all people pirate games and music,and download products in General.

I have no much money,but i want to support the Industry,and also because i know some day,the anti-pirate measures can be Global.

Because of that,i obtain a prepaid Card,and buy legally Fairy Fencer F,The Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky,Trails in Cold Steel,the spin off of Grisaia (The Steam Version),and

Ys 1 and 2 in Android.I prefer drm-free versions if they are avaliable,because the product,is truly in my hands,even if i only buy a licence.

And,i want to buy Dies Irae DX Version on Mangagamer who include Act es Fabula and Amantes Amentes.But,i dont know if this is legal in my country,and if

the can damage me for buying that,or something like that.Paraguay is a Latin America Country,and a very undeveloped one,but where are not so bad,but not like other countries.

And,in the Aduana is forbiden buy porn material via internet, (like dvd,download i dont know),like the hentai for example.

And,if i buy the game,i am going to buy it with my prepaid card.My question is:Is this Legal in my Country?.And they can track with my prepaid card?.

Alzó Playboy Magazine exist here,if this info is useful.

Please help me,because i dont want a problem with the law.

Jokes aside, I Doubt a country like yours can even track such data, not to mention waste funds to track said "criminals" on the net. You should be safe, as long as you'll keep a low profile.

Digital lo voy a comprar si lo compro..no se si es legal,porque la legalidad,aca parece ambiguo....Creo que venden porno por alli,de ser legal,no se,pero,mi pregunta es si me pueden rastrear por mi tarjeta prepago....Despues de todo,Dies Irae solo existe en Digital,solo los backers del kickstarter pueden tenerlo en fisico,me parece...creo que me pueden rastrear,porque a fin de mes,me viene el extracto de lo que compre,y alli figura a quien le compre,y el monto que pague,por ejemplo Gog,o Steam.Busque sobre porno,leyes de Paraguay,y solo me habla de pornografia infantil.no me dice si es ilegal  la porno normal...pero creo que es legal,por ejemplo que una persona mayor de 16 y menor de 18 tengan sexo,pero no menor de 15 y mayor de 19....eso puede ir en mi favor,porque las heroinas de Dies Irae.tienen todas 17 años,excepto Rea que tiene 18,y mi unico miedo (si es que no son tan estupidos como prohibir algo en teoria licito),es por la escena hentai de de Rusalka,que tenia 300 años,pero con fisico de loli,y el real problema, que el Shota Nazi ese fue violado por su Padre.creo,y esto ultimo es lo que me da miedo,pero creo que solo lo dice en la historia,y no ponen yaoi ni nada...y hay montones de peliculas con ese tipo de aspecto en su historia, creo, yo.Si va asi todo,creo que seria teoricamente legal..pero no se si lo es,o si en mi Pais son tan estupidos como para poner algo como ilegal,si teoricamente es legal...

Usually brazilians from the south buy almost anything in Paraguay and I never heard about issues on pornography or, in this case, nazi references. But again, you should look into it, as there are some countries that won't allow them.

But if you are worried, there are other ways to get it without your credit card. Someone said you could request Mangagamer points via e-mail using Pay Pal, just send an email to them.

Just because i dont to be paranoid i want at least hear some latinoamerican that buy and and dont happen anything to him.

You can send an email to mangagamer and see if they accept an unspecified payment through a safe paypal account or something like that. Or find someone who owns a usd paypal and do a proxy purchase (I don't think mg site can handle gifts, the proxy has to setup an account for you).

But anyway you are overly paranoid, I don't think they lose time to track cc porn transaction, since they are always concealed.

A question....they are concealed?.I am new to buy to internet,and things,even if i buy some manga and games,recently.

When i buy something in internet via visa card is concealed?.I dont use Paypal,because denies my prepaid card,but,even so is concealed?.

Mangagamer is different though, since it appears in the transaction list.

It has to be specifically to Paraguayan's laws since South America is composed of many countries with their own laws. Brazil doesn't have almost anything against buying games/art, except when it envolves children (pornography or children present somewhere where nudity is being shown).

Like I said, you have to check specifically how things work in your country. If you really, REALLY, RE-A-LLY wants to support the devs, you could pirate this game (cof cof cof) and buy another legally that you know it is safe. IDK, buy Fata Morgana on MG's site and then download the other game. Helping the community AND playing what you want. AND not being arrested. Win win!

Mangagamer aren't the devs, you would only be supporting the localization company that way. You can buy Dies Irae on Steam though.

The only situation when I could imagine a government caring about anyone buying an eroge/nukige is with explicitly-underage loli characters - things like Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o: Amakute Otona no Torokeru Chuu would be consider child porn in my country - I never heard about anyone getting arrested over that, but it's definitely within the legal definitions of such. With normal eroge... Even if it theoretically breaks some laws, I can't imagine anyone tracking that or doing anything about it.

So, I wouldn't worry. Although, TBF, if you're not 100% sure it's safe to buy it from official sources, I think you're justified with pirating stuff. I normally would never condone it, but in a case when insane anti-porn laws are involved, I would rather see a person stay safe than shaming them for "not supporting the industry".

Banks will definitely know your transaction history, but in most cases they have no incentive to report you to authorities or in general break the confidentiality behid your payments, unless you do something super-shady. Postal services on the other hand might actively look for smuggled or illegal material, especially if they're government owned. There's also custom services that often have authority to inspect anything you order from outside of your country. So yeah, digital purchases are in reality controlled less than physical ones and thus safer.

Also, your internet provider "knows" what you download, what porn you watch etc., unless you use some special precousions. They simply have no reason to log that information or do anything against you, because you're a paying customer. Banks are similar, they want your money and will only screw you over if it gives them additional profit.
