Hoshizora no memoria seems blurry in fullscreen?

I have tried both fullscreen modes, and they seem a little blurry for some reason. Windowed does not. How can i fix this? Running windows 10.

I only played the old fanTL of it and it had that problem with one of the two fullscreen modes - the one that didn't stretch the image in widescreen. It shouldn't be blurry if you use the other fullscreen mode and set your monitor to 4:3

I use a laptop. It's 1920x1080. Is there anything i can change to make it not look lower quality/stretched?

Google "picture resolution" and read up on it.

Does it have any display ports? If you're okay with spending a bit of extra money, you could buy something like this for lower resolution.

It was the same with the japanese Hoshizora Complete version, one would make the game blurry and less colorful and the other would make the game quite pixelated/aliased.

Personally I'd rather not play it at all if I had to play something in windowed mode. So tiny

I prefer going fullscreen to minimize background distractions. I'd rather deal with a blurry image in fullscreen than a crisp image in windowed.

But honestly, after a few hours you wont think about it anymore. Contrary to many peoples opinion, we humans have a pretty decent ability of adapting, as long as we dont give up that is.

I have a makeshift solution to this since I decided to play it again.

 

Set your screen resolution lower. Mine is 720 when I play. It helps somewhat.
