Tenkiame Error

I tried starting it up, but I got these errors would anyone happen to know how to solve these?

is it portable? some games wont run without installer, is there any "launcher" or something in the game directory?

That's all the files it has, besides the patch update but even then still same error

Tenkiame NEEDS to be installed in your system. You can't simply move/copy the folder onto your HDD, it won't work that way. That said, Tenkiame also requires your system to be set into japanese locale, albeit it will work without issues with AppLocale or pAppLocale (I recommend the latter, as it's newer and better). Install the game and either set the system locale into japanese or run it through applocale for the game to work.

I was able to resolve it after some time thinking and searching around thanks for the help.
