Then how do you intended to read this vn?

That question in game is random, so you need to learn some japanese before able to solve it.

Trying to read a Japanese VN without knowing anything about the language is going to be a really time-consuming and confusing task that probably won't be very enjoyable for you. I suggest you read a localized VN instead.

I'm more curious at how this guy ended up with an untranslated vn in the first place, when he obviously have no experience with them.

When rummaging through Davy Jones' locker, sometimes one can stumble upon a things that are mislabeled as translated Install it, and BOOM - surprise moonrune attack!  

Or, as to not be so pessimistic, I think DLsite and some other shops have english version, don't they? But this version still sells untranslated games, yet one could be confused by english interface and buy such a game thinking it's translated too.

That's a great way to go about people buying once and never again.
