Any DUBBED anime with honorifics?

I don't think this counts as a recommendation since I do not care for the genre, but it is rare to find this so I am asking if anyone knows any.

 

No, I am not trolling, I do prefer dub>sub. One in a million I know.

Persona 4 maybe? Atlus dubbed honorifics into the games, so perhaps the anime has them.

Yes, that was me, I am asking on different forums to see if I can find different answers.

Look for fandubs then. I doubt any professional dub would have a non-localized translation.

If my memory is correct, I think that the Lucky Star dub used Honoriffics, but I'm not sure. I can kinda remember Tsukasa calling Konata "Kona-chan", but it might just be attributed as a nickname instead of a honoriffic...

I'm not aware of any dubbing agency keeping those in, I imagine it is because they do not really exist in English in the same way.

 

Onii-chan is usually replaced with Big/Little Brother. A lot of the dubbing is less about keeping it feeling original and more about attracting a western audience, so they choose the easier blanket approach.

 

note, I'm not saying there aren't any, rather that they seem rather few and between. Also usage of Senpai or Sensei are usually kept in where it is set heavily in Japan.

well this is a really rare question (never even thoght about watching dubbs, i prefere the raws) but i wish you good luck in finding it, i can't be to much help

There is like Bodacious space pirates was and by far the best, I CANNOT stand when a guy says it In English.

Also big brother/sister gets annoying as hell in dubs
