Rewrite SiglusEngine doesn't launch (SOLVED)

Are you running your computer with Japan system locale? (link to instructions): Yes
Game Name: Rewrite
Description of Problem: it does not launch after starting SiglusEngine
Your Operating System:
64 or 32 bit (link to how to find): 64 Bit
What did you already try? (Uninstall/Reinstall, Redownload, Run as admin, etc): almost everything found in the forums, including redownload, admin, change that regisitry, try different batches, try different versions of Siglus engine
Did you download your game from Fuwanovel?: yes

I've been looking through forums for hours and have been trying to solve te problem with the information, I tried different downloads. It used to work fine on my old 32 bit windows 7 vista computer, but when I got this new one I just can't get it working.

Other VN's I got installed and working on this computer include: Tomoyo after, Clannad, Yosuga no Sora, Steins;Gate, al download from Fuwanovel.

I also tried cc cleaner and checked if the folder isn't read-only.

I've been having this problem for quite some time

 

I hope anyone has an idea how I could fix this problem =]

Have you tried launching the game in Admin Mode or in another Compatibility Mode?

 

^-This seemed to work when I had problems launching Yosuga no Sora.

If it's almost everything found in fuwa, I'll ask you one thing:

Have you checked if the folder is set to read-only? You didn't say that in your post.

Well, make sure SiglusEngine.exe isn't on Read only?

Well... then it should work if it isn't on Read only, unless you didn't do the Make_Rewrite_Work2.bat process... (did you do it?, just in case xD)

Yes I have, thats what I don't understand, I have tried every possible solve I could find or could think of myself, still have the same problem.

rewrite_reg.bat Worked fine, and the register seems allright

Allright I've tried the most silly thing and it actually worked out, I changed my system locale from Japanese System Locale to Nederlands (Nederland) (the country I'm from) and now It's finally actually working, very weird unexpected solution, but thanks for trying to help out!

 

not sure what to think of it, but I can finally play rewrite again =D

 

(this might be handy for others with the same problems to try)
