MottainaiVN Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 Would be awesome to be able to check out the forums on my phone when I'm in class while the Prof is lecturing T-T. I would just make one myself but I've only started doing minor programming. I've just been looking stupid all day, looks like tapatalk works just fine on here Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk Quote
meru Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 At the bottom of the page there's an option to see the mobile version of the site. I'm using it right now since I'm on my phone at work hehe. Quote
Sioxz Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 there is no meaning to have an app for this forum as it haves a mobile version and the browsers for android will be superior in almost every aspect then what this app will be if not a lot of work are being put in as for iOS well though luck Quote
Nosebleed Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 I can easily view the site with no issues with an android device. If it's lagging or glitching i'll use the mobile version that runs with no problems. No need for an app. Quote
shcboomer Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 The mobile version for IPB is fairly good given the state of most mobile forum views. Quote
Kendjin Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 I use the mobile version. Not as good as before. But it does make it easy to browse. Quote
MottainaiVN Posted December 3, 2013 Author Posted December 3, 2013 tapatalk does a good job of view the forums for me Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk Quote
Down Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 tapatalk does a good job of view the forums for me Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk It seems to add that annoying advertisement sentence at the end of every post though... Quote
zhurai Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 I really don't see the point, and I use my phone sometimes to access this forum. Just use the mobile version of the site? also relevant: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2013/12/02/lessons-from-an-app-graveyard/ (mainly Lesson 1) Quote
