I can't run Baldr Sky Dive 1 (japanese version)

I want to play this game in japanese and it seems that the steam version does not support the language. Just English and Chinese. So, I downloaded the japanese version, but dive 1 and 2 do not work at all. It seems I need a crack, already tried the AlphaROM cracker, but it did not work. Can some one help me with that? recommending a crack that works, maybe?
