hello, this may be a silly question but i came across a picture that struck my interest ( <--- is struck proper english?) <--- not the question.

this is the link to the picture, by the style of the drawing i tought it may be a visual novel. if it is i would certainly like to know if its worth looking in to, and what the name would be.
