LoL: U.R.F Mode?!

That is NOT a prank. I've been playing it for the last hour or two.

 

What is your opinion on the drastic changes?

 

80% Cooldown on Items, spells and abilities.

No mana costs whatsoever.

Enhanced movement speeds.

 

What do you guys think about it?

 

Personally, Alistar healing every second, and Ziggs' ult bomb happening every 10 seconds is a bit crazy to me. xD

So basically a -wtf mode from dota Well if they keep the mode forever then its good, that mode was always so much fun in dota. -wtfardmomem best mode ever xD (wtf mode deathmatch that gives you random hero when you die, fast gold, only mid and all those funny things - just a giant clusterfuck of a game, but so much fun).

Surprisingly, it's not all mid. People still stay in their lanes for the laning phase. But eventually, yeah. It runs into a 5v5 teamfight in mid. Still, so awesome with the cooldown reduction and no mana cost.

It surely is, however there are more broken champs.

 

Cho'gath can feast every 10 seconds. That's 6 stacks a minute. 4k HP and 800 AP later, he can one burst anyone every 10 seconds. Annie can take out a whole team in one burst. 

 

You would think Katarina would be OP but surprisingly she got destroyed in a match I played as Cho'gath.

 

In Vs AI Intermed, Ryze's cooldowns are all less than one second. xD So broken.

Katarina is only Op because you cant even run from her.Yi is too much in this mode, his ulti doesnt even have a cooldown

Katarina is squishy as hell though, even when fed. Yi IS too much, which is why everyone bans him.

 

QUICK TIP: TELEPORT AND REVIVE = OP

Lux,karthus karma are also powerfull if you can keep your distance.Also, i use flash and teleport.

Saved me a lot of times from yi and other ranged.

I agree. It's annoying when everyone chooses all the same champs. At least the most popularly banned are Sona, Soraka, Ziggs, Zilean, Heimer, Teemo and Yi.

 

I can't imagine what Yasuo would be like... o.o

 

Also, the reason I use Tele and Revive is to instantly get back when there's a 40 second cooldown.

Just ran Full APC Cho'gath, got 6 stacks every life. Was tanking 1v3's by level 9. 1v5's by level 16. (Not killing them all, but killing 1 or 2 and still getting out alive)

 

This build is not just fun due to the fact that you can cast and move faster. You also get ARAM-paced gold. 5 gold every second in increments of 2 and 3.

I played it last night, some champions are so broken... This is the closest to WTF mode, that we'll get.

This mode was fun for a while but it got stale pretty fast too honestly. The best part is it's more relaxing than the other game modes and it allowed some different champions to see play.

It's gotten to the point where most games I play have auto-banned:

 

Nidalee (Q spear spam every .8 seconds)

Heimerdinger (Duh)

Teemo (Shroomz nty)

Master Yi (Can practically live under ult)

Sona (Heal+Bind for dayzzzz)

Soraka (AP Tank while healing dear lord)

 

Some other champs that commonly get banned due to a cheap set up are:

 

Hecarim (Literally sit there pressing Q over and over)

Kayle (Permanent Ranged damage as well as Heal spam, also invincible ult spam)

Lux (Final Sparks every 10 seconds)

Karthus (Ult and continuous bomb spam)

Fizz (Invincible splash spam)

Nasus (Q Spam so hard building stacks. End of one of my Nasus games I had 561 Stacks, critting instantly)

 

Since Revive got taken out, I suggest Tele and Flash. When the new patch finishes in 4.5 hours, Flash will give you the flash AND 30% movement speed.
