Can't run Devil's G-string

Description of Problem: When I run the game I get this message and then this window pops up, none of the buttons do anything besides the quit button though.
Your Operating System: 64 bit Windows 8
What did you already try? :Redownloading, restarting pc, running as admin.
Did you download your game from Fuwanovel?: Yes

Are you sure you changed the locale for non-unicode programs, and not just the location? because the first message mentions ANSI and Unicode which are both text encodings kinda...

 

It should be somewhere under administrative, but I don't into windows 8.

Yea, I am certain. In either case, the game apparently doesn't require a change in region.

 

Edit: It works fine on my other computer which has its region set to my homeland, I just got a crash in Chapter 2 with the message "EAccess Violation".
