However you'd look at it, it's just an event. It's completely not worth for a F2P user to waste his loveca stones, just to get a single card that's going to be available after the event, anyway. In my case, it would be a complete waste of resources. I might understand players who treat Umi as their favorite character, but otherwise the best choice of action is to always save up for the 10+1 draw.

You don't really need to spend any gems for 11k, definitely not. But you're quite right about it being a waste of love gems though, especially with this current event.

I still think it's worth it because I'm getting more SRs than the amount it cost to draw them. Yes, there is the guaranteed SR event, but that can just go away because my luck is atrocious.

And Umi is my goddess. That too.

I'm just going to see what happens coming the last couple days of the event. If I keep trying hard and am rank at most 200 away, I'll consider spending Love Gems to try and secure a top 1000 spot, otherwise I'll just stick to the one SR Umi. One way to look at it is, if you get top 1000, you get to replace 1 Love Gem because you get to idolize the Umi. Also, if you get to 1001-4000, you get a scouting ticket, which could actually be BETTER than this SR Umi because you could get an UR instead.

 

And it's exactly right, since I don't care for Umi that much, I wouldn't want to spam love gems on this event. I'll just aim for 1001-2000 for the Alpaca and free honor scout, since I could actually get a Maki Rin to idolize her finally.

I'm just interested in the SR Umi, not going to try hard to idolize her unless i'm really close to top 1000.

Finally, leftover Bokura no LIVE, Snow Halation, Mermaid Fiesta, Bokura wa Ima, Wild Stars + event songs to fc.

Woke up at 2 played 2 times and woke up at 6 to play 6 tiimes.. So i got s lot of event points saved up for later.

Currently on the 1300s with 4100point but has 200 patches

So I still have a slight chance of getting to that top 1000

But I'm not crossing any fingers tho

Right now I think 10+1 pulls are definitely the way to go, but eventually I think it'll become worthwhile to spend loveca on getting a second copy of the event SR, even if you're F2P. In general, UnIdolized SR from Recruitment < Idolized Event SR < Idolized SR from Recruitment < UnIdolized UR. The issue is that as they add more and more cards to the game, it becomes harder to get a second copy of an SR from Recruitment for Idolizing, you're relying on luck. Meanwhile you can know for sure that if you grind a certain amount, you'll get a second event SR. You'll also eventually (way way eventually) no longer need R's, so the SR's/UR's from recruitment will be the only things you care about.

 

Also spending loveca to go for the event SR means you get more EXP and such from playing so much more :3

I went up to 4100 event points. Really grinded the game today.

 

1 Love gem every day for 7 days seems like a nice deal. I approve.

Guess I can spare some love gems now if I really need to.

 

I'm attempting to get the SR Umi twice but I won't spend more than what I can get back.

At ~3250 EP atm. FCd wild stars, still no S rank but whatever FC is nice and stuff. Keep messing up at one specific point in event song, suspect I'm missing a double hit after a weirdly placed single. My teams are getting pretty maxed out by now... though of course, not with the best rares in slot. At this point I'll actually be leveling my SR honoka eventually, lol. Now that will take a while.

I've completely maxed out my cool team now although it still can't S the regular hard songs so whatever. At least it can S the event one.

The pure team can be improved a bit.

 

But right now I'm going to level up my smile team more because why not (the next event might be smile too).

Still got 2 Idolized cards in there that I haven't maxed out so I get some album rewards out of that too.

 

I bet tomorrow my event ranking is going to drop by 2000 after it went up 1500. I can already see it coming..

I'm saving my SR to level last. I don't care that it will probably be the best stat bonus, it just takes too long. I remember maxing my Rin, and don't want to go through with Eri since I'll probably get just as good result maxing the rest of that team.

Currently at 5041 event points, just earned my Alpaca

And now conflicted, do I take out Nozomi, my least favorite character, or my ordinary Rin, who has a really high stat due to Smile being her main stat (but have a SR also)?

Spent a love gem last night as refill because i was near ranking up so i could grind the game a bit.

Dad turns off the internet mid song (event one), wasted love gem, wasted bunnies, dropped 2000 places on the ranking now.

oh god I feel so bad for you. Something similar happened to me when my game crashed and I was in a funk for like... three hours

I personally counted and found out 3 gem only for new player continuos 10 days.

 

Anyway, u will easy to get two 10+1 draws easier. More, u need gather gem from event and daily login.

 

Its nice, we can get total 7 gem, 1 gem per days continuos 7 days, according the celebration of 200k player event.

I was trying to play the Eli event in the jap version but when I try to play a song to get "umbrellas", a window with 3 choices appeared and two of them send me to Members and the other one send me to Home and I can't play the regular songs :c anyone know what to do ?

No it starts before the event ends. They start giving it out on the 23rd and the event end on the 27th so everyone will have 4 free loveca to use. Still thinking if I should use it to guarantee a 2nd Umi or save for 11+1

But there is always a chance of getting an UR or even more than 1 SR from the draw; on the other hand I could use 10+ loveca to secure myself a second Umi. It really comes down to luck in the draw I guess and that's why I'm having such a hard time deciding

U can do decision when about 3~4 hour before end of event, at tat time, u can measure how much of loveca u need spend to get in 1000th.

That looks impossible to play! Well I'm lucky in a way I guess as I have been using my index fingers to play all this while with the phone down so I guess I won't need to relearn it. God that Kotori on the leftmost looks so cute! Wonder when I'll be able to get a team as awesome as that~ I want that Kotori!

Your thumbs can be just as fast as your index fingers. At least I've never had an issue with using thumbs.

I feel like thumbs are better because if you're holding onto your device with the rest of your fingers, your relative thumb position on the screen won't change because your hand is not able to move which in my opinion is easier to handle.

If you use inder fingerx fingers however you can't hold the device, you need to place it somewhere, this means that you will have to aim every time you try to hit a note whereas if you just use thumbs the relative position is always the same and you can develop muscle memory easier.

 

This is the way i see it and why i find it easier to play with thumbs. I can't imagine how it is for like 10 inch screens thogh.

My screen is 7 inches and I feel like it's the perfect size because my thumb fits in every circle perfectly
