Kaguya Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 The word that means "Love" in my language can be used for several things. Saying "I love soccer" wouldn't be weird, for example. It's also how servants talked about their superiors and how vassals were supposed to talk to their king. You can also just use it to say you care about someone. So, I love you all Quote
Tyrael Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Well, I like you all So, I just drew a second SR Umi (cant post because my goddamn phone cant take screenshots), should I idolize my first one with it or keep it on my team for now to boost scores? Quote
Kaguya Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Well, I like you all So, I just drew a second SR Umi (cant post because my goddamn phone cant take screenshots), should I idolize my first one with it or keep it on my team for now to boost scores? It's probably better to keep it. It'll give a more significant stat boost to your than idolizing the card, though eventually you'll idolize it anyway (when you have a full SR team of that attribute). By idolizing you gain one love gem, a side story, and new lines for that Umi, so I'd idolize. Just for the costume and lines. Specially because it's Umi. Quote
Nosebleed Posted March 2, 2015 Author Posted March 2, 2015 Idolizing is usually always the way to go, it'll boost your score still and you get a new card and a love gem from the side story. I don't want to do the math but in terms of score I don't think the difference is huge. Eclipsed do the math for me pls. Quote
Eclipsed Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 2 unidolized vs. 1 idolized is a very very marginal difference that's in favor of the 2 unidolized (no math sorry ), but it's a real big waste especially when you consider the fact that one day you'll sacrifice 60 levels worth of EXP+gold to idolize the SR when you could've used that EXP+gold for other cards Quote
Kaguya Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Do the exp levels matter to begin with? In my main account I have over 4 million gold and everyone is at max level. And I've only been playing for about 7 weeks. Quote
Ceris Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 When you're leveling a lot of SRs and if you're lucky, URs, that exp matters. Also, iirc on the number, only 75% if exp fed to one card is transferred in practice, though that's just a side note. The extra stat you get from utilizing doesn't make up for losing a SR and replacing it with an R. Idolizing gives like an extra 300 stat, if your SR had 4400 based, you just lost 400 in smile (best R is 4000) I personally didn't care as much for team strength, and when I only had like 6 SRs overall, I still idolized. Quote
Nosebleed Posted March 2, 2015 Author Posted March 2, 2015 What he's saying is that, why waste gold and exp on leveling up another SR card up to level 60 when you're just going to idolize it one day and spend even more gold and cards to reach level 80. You'd much rather idolize one level 60 SR an with a level 1 SR, which is what most people do and the most cost efficient, and the result is a level 60 idolized SR, than idolizing a level 60 SR with another level 60 SR, because the resulting card will still be a level 60 idolized SR, but you wasted a ton of gold to get to that 2nd card to level 60, pretty much all in vain. This is more prominent with UR cards which take a shit ton of exp to reach level 100, and even level 80. I got my UR Hanayo to level 80 instantly by sacrificing 3 level 60 idolized Rs which gave me 40,000 exp, and on top of that the practice was a super success which boosted the exp gained. That's when spending all that gold is worth it. Leveling up URs with N cards is a pain, and I definitely could not imagine myself leveling up a 2nd UR to level 80 only to then sacrifice it with another level 80. Quote
Eclipsed Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 The only time I would go 2 unidolized SR is if I have 1 SR, 7 Rs, and 1 N and that unidolized SR can replace the N. Use it as a placeholder (keept it at level 1) until you can replace the N with a R or above, then idolize the SR. SR replacing R for the sake of 2 unidolized SR vs 1 idolized is inefficient for Nosebleed's reasons above. (and the point difference is only 300 ~ 500) edit: unless it's an unidolized R that you are replacing, so it'll be a 500-800 point difference, but even then ,NOT WORTH1@## ~~~ And yeah don't get me started on the ridiculous amount of EXP needed for URs. N 30 4475 40 8000 R 40 6725 60 13500 SR 60 23803 80 36800 UR 80 59408 100 79700 Quote
Tyrael Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Okay guys, thanks a lot idolized Umi coming up! (I wish I could screenshot this shiz ) Quote
Nosebleed Posted March 2, 2015 Author Posted March 2, 2015 More random translations (and RinPana overload) Again no particular order. Enjoy! Quote

Kaguya Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Cheek kisses are actually a greeting. If it's on the mouth it's different, but it's not unusual for family members or really close friends to do it in my part of the country, regardless of their gender. Quote
Tyrael Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Yeah okay but the viewer's standpoint makes it seem like they are kissing mouth to mouth... Which is something I would only ever do with my girlfriend. Hence the confusion Quote
Kaguya Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Eh, even if they are, I approve of Honoka x Kotori. Umi can have Arisa. Who cares about Yukiho anyway? Quote
Ezeefreak Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 I would kiss everyone who would let me ... Anyway... I already formed my teams for the upcoming Nico Score match. And, I thought I would never say that but, have not enough Nico's !!! Quote

And, I thought I would never say that but, have not enough Nico's !!! Like you can say my intention were to form Smile/cool/pure All-Nico teams or fill them at least only with Maki. But that didn't work out, only SMile seems decent. So the rest I filled with "weak" members. So the teams are pretty weak but I think it'll be fun Quote

Ceris Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Yes, I have weak SRs as well. The Maki I got from Ezeefreak's giveaway doesnt even make it into my cool team 1 smile, sitting out, a 2nd one will be once I level that idolized Eli So many Pure SRs since I went T1 during 5 pure events Cool team: 4 SRs are already sitting out (one unleveled) and once I level that UR Kotori, I'll have 5 sitting out. And my list doesn't even come to a fraction of Ezeefreak's Quote

Ceris Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 I won't enter Ezeefreak's next giveaway, probably didn't even deserve to win in the first place I have a slight problem though, I'm approaching the point where unidolized event SRs won't ever make it into my team, and I don't exactly buy gems for draws... So yeah, I'm screwed team strength wise in a couple months Quote
