That's not easy, but that's how I'd do it:

 

I'd slowly approach you, while keeping up a good defense and try to counter-hit a slow move with standing B. Then I'd convert this hit into a combo, with standing C into standing D, dash cancel into forward A, jump cancel, air C, air D, air C, Belial Edge, forward D into forward A into inferno divider, into uppercut, into Ax kick.

 

That should do atleast 40% and fill my gauge a lot. Afterwards, I'd try to bait the burst and go for a crouching hit confirm or a throw and combo off into a good string, finishing with carnage scissors.

 

A fairly difficult task, considering your zoning abilites and the australian connection...
