FlyableHeart Error (SOLVED)

I download the game from http://erogegames.com/flyable-heart-189

 

after install the game to my laptop, i have some troble.,

the english patch cannot access

the windows cannot apply the "exe of the patch", the addministrator not following the exe

i've try "how to install" from the comment, but nothing.,

 

 

 

but, when i install the game to my computer, is success

if my laptop less program? 
if so, what was the program?

 

Can Someone help me??

2. Download English patch

3. Run fhinst.exe and follow the instructions

4. Run the game as administrator

i've tried it but still the same.,

 

the eror say : "the administrator not following the exe"., in my laptop

in my laptop the patch no picture (Icon shou and pink-blue stripe)

but in my computer it there is

 

but if i instal to my computer, the patch stay at the click and work

the point is the patch not following administrator,
