Heizei_koukousei Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 They sound like some real ghetto bitches Quote
JustThisOne Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 They act just like some of my friends in real life. Quote
Nagisa_Fawkes Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 That reminded me a lot of South Park, and the way girls behave there, anyone else? Quote
dannyboo Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 Wow... I finally understand how non-japanese, non-VN-fans must feel like when confronted with moe culture. Which means there must surely be some people who like this sort of thing. Quote
hsmsful Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 I am definitely playing this.... I can even play it at times like in the class , at lunchtime ... in the bus... But I am not paying for it Actually , I'd be amazed if someone paid for this. Quote
JustThisOne Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 But I am not paying for it People have to eat you know. Quote
hsmsful Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 People have to eat you know. You mean I should pay for it out of charity? You mean I should pay for it to give them money as if I am giving a bone to a stray dog? You want to disgrace the makers that much such bad manners Quote
alden_0023 Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 The art looks good and the gameplay would have been awesome, as I haven't played any dating sims game. I just couldn't stand the language. I mean, I might start speaking like one of them once I start to play it. Just plain disturbing. Quote
Zodai Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 I can understand what's wrong with this but I can't figure out a way to articulate it. Q_Q Quote
Silvz Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 I thought everyone spoke like that. Am I the only one? =( Well, if I'd enter in the little "where should I put my money on", I'd say that a person who works hard, everyday, to make a novel, a movie, and a VN MUST be payed, since it's just like every fuwa's members work. Buuuut, I won't say that because it's not relevant. Quote
Mephisto Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 These types of scenes in Japanese games are pretty fucking dumb as well, it's not exactly a western thing. I remember playing one the other day and it's just as dumb in japanese, although it might be translated in to english that doesn't sound that bad due to language differences. Quote
OriginalRen Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 I feel this scene was an excuse to say "whore" on screen as many times as they possibly could. Or maybe it was to show the loving friendship of girls everywhere. I would also like to point out the top suggested video after watching this is THE GREATEST, GREATEST, GREATEST ANIME DUB EVER. The music is nice. Quote
hsmsful Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 Hearing harsh languange over and over and over and over again kinda gets on my nerves. I can handle a moderate amount of it, but pass the limit and it just seems gratuitous and crude. That's why even games like Saints Row III, Borderlands, and GTA don't have swears in every sentence. It also makes it lose its impact if it's repeated multiple times in a short time span. But it'd still be as funny as hell Quote
crunchytaco Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 This is what the dub version of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai sounds like Wow... I finally understand how non-japanese, non-VN-fans must feel like when confronted with moe culture. Which means there must surely be some people who like this sort of thing. This is how they feel Quote
HMN Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 This is how they feel i don't know what to say about this..... Quote
SanadaShadow Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Huinepop, huh. THIS IS PERFECT. THIS IS SO REALISTIC, I'VE REACHED MY IDEAL VN AT LAST. Quote
sarayne Posted July 4, 2014 Author Posted July 4, 2014 Well atleast the art is really good in that vn its a shame about the writing Quote
SanadaShadow Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Actually, I'm liking it so far. I am kinda bored with all the cliches, and if you get past the dating sim shit, it's the writing I actually like so far. Quote
SanadaShadow Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 I don't think there are many political themes in this game, no. Quote
Narcosis Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Lolwut; it's not just satire? I think they are actually trying to be serious. But then, who doesn't. No matter what type of work you write, there's a certain degree of quality involved in the process; no one will treat you seriously, otherwise. I really hope that's the case with this game - that devs actually never wanted to be treated seriously right from the very beggining. I also hope it will remain like this. Quote

Scars Unseen Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Dear lord, did that make me laugh. I hope I didn't wake up my neighbor(it's 3AM here). I especially like how there's an option at the end called "bounce" with an arrow pointing the hell away from that girl. Quote
Cyrillej1 Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 This was my expression watching it . But then I did burst out laughing with all the foul language they were using. In only a couple seconds too. I don't think I would be able to take this game seriously. Those girl's aren't lovable at all. Quote
