Wheres the best place to find.. umm... I think it's called "moe" characters pictures? I'm speaking about those that are often given to the people who say 'hi' in the "Introduce Yourself" Forum. But I don't mean only loli.. thou lolis are welcome!

 

I've found some in google searches deviantart and here in fuwanovel. any other website to recommend?

Otherwise there are all these art websites already mentionned above. Especially devianart

I'd recommend Pixiv, since it really has everything. You'll have to browse through a lot of low-quality art, though.

http://chan.sankakucomplex.com/ is pretty good, although it has lots of NSFW stuff. If you use the "rating:safe" tag, you'll get lots of SFW stuff though.
