crunchytaco Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 Anyone finished this game? I played it for a little at the beginning, got distracted by Sengoku Rance and Alchemy Meister, then totally forgot about it. Is the story for this game any good? Also where is this picture from? I remember getting Saber at the beginning but not this scene. The game didn't have any art that I can remember actually. Quote
Kaguya Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 I've finished it about 4 times. Kinda fun- will provide some nice entertainment if you're into fate and tsukihime. Not a high-priority game to play, though. Quote

JustThisOne Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 If you are distracted by the art of this game, then you probably won't be able to get through Tsukihime. Quote
crunchytaco Posted August 8, 2014 Author Posted August 8, 2014 Probably not, but now that you mention it, I remember why I put it off. I'm waiting for this Quote
JustThisOne Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 Your grandchildren will probably be playing it. Kosakyun and Yukiru 2 Quote

havoc Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 my suggestion play tsukihime first. The cg are pretty bad and there is not really any music but the story is great and well worth the time. It is one of my favorite vn's. Quote
Clephas Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 That's why I suggest anyone who starts VNs start with Tsukihime... if you haven't played something more modern, the art and music problems don't bother you, generally. Quote
crunchytaco Posted August 8, 2014 Author Posted August 8, 2014 Isn't there a lack of voice acting as well? Type-moon must have started off really humbly. Even Yuno's old ass had top notch voice notching. Quote
Yukiru Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Tsukihime with Mahoyo art. The dream! Different illustrators, though. We can only hope. I would go for something more light-hearted as a first VN. I'm downloading BMW, I've been waiting for something else to happen before downloading this, but I'll just download it. Quote
